Q: Skylight says Mobile Broadband Device not detected and the quickbar shows the middle icon is grayed out with an X, how do we turn the broadband back on?
 

A: When the quickbar shows that it is gray that means it was disabled in BIOS. Please follow these steps to turn it back on:

• Reset the unit and press F2 at the Getac Splash screen
• Click the Advanced Tab
• Click Device Configuration
• Turn WWAN switch to ON
• Press F10 to Exit & Save Changes
• Not your broadband should be enabled again
