When you log in to Getac Essentials after device enrollment, you will see the web page similar to the one below.
Moving Around the Screen

At the left side of the screen are the menu items. Select an item to navigate to a different page. All the menu items are described in the following sections in sequence.

This area is where you view data or perform actions. Some menus have multiple tab pages.

System tools

At the top of the screen are two to three system tools.

Account ID
-
At the top right corner is the current account ID, which has a drop-down menu for managements of licenses, accounts, and organizations.

Scroll bar
-
A scroll bar will appear if there are more contents than can be displayed in the current screen or popup window. The scroll bar’s orientation determines the direction to move. Drag the vertical scroll bar to move up or down; drag the horizontal scroll bar to move left or right.

Working with Lists
Throughout the webpages, lists are shown in the form of a table. You can:

Change the ascending/descending order of the list by clicking the desired column header.

Narrow down the list with the filter function. To use a filter, select (check) item(s) from the drop-down list of the filter.

Locate a device with the keyword typed in the Search input field. If Advanced Search is supported for the list, you can search device(s) by entering serial number(s).

Click the checkbox of an item to select/deselect it. A check in the checkbox means the item is selected for an action to be performed.

To go through a long list, use the pagination menu at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Entering Information and Getting Help
When entering or selecting information, note that the asterisk * means the item is mandatory.
The question mark icon ? next to certain text indicates help information is available. You can click the icon to view the related information.
