Q: I have the proper drivers installed but no matter what I do the Sierra Module will not show in device manager or Windows, where can I look to correct this?

 

A: Please open device Manager and under USB section check to see if any Composite Device is disabled. If it is, enable it and see if your Sierra Module now shows up as normal.
