Q: When I log into order tracking and search for the Order Tracking number it is saying it is not found, why is this happening?

 

A: The Order tracking system can only email the order tracking number to the single email on the order. Only that email has access to the order.

You'll need to contact your rep who did the order and have them add your email to the order then it will have access to see the order after that.
