Overview

The Download all Evidence option allows users to export every evidence file linked to a specific case in Getac Evidence. This provides a convenient way to create a complete offline package of case assets for review, sharing, or archiving.

Steps to Download

Open the Actions menu for the desired case from the Case Lister page.
Select Download all Evidence.

Caution:

Depending on the case size, the download may take additional time to prepare. Ensure you have sufficient local storage space before starting the process.
