Here are the steps to follow:

1) Download Getac APN Settings app

https://gusanc.getac.com/index.php/s/B4z6BMCd7t8TKMA

password is getac12345

2) Unzip and put the APK file on a USB stick

3) Plug USB into ZX70G2

4) Open Files app on ZX70G2 unit

5) Click the Hamburger (Three lines) in the upper left corner

6) Below ZX70G2 you'll see your USB name, click it

7) Navigate your USB to where you saved the APK file and click the file

8) Click Continue on the warning message and click install

9) Click open once it completes the Install

10) Fill out APN Settings as follows:

Name: Whatever you want to call it (I named it Verizon Static)

APN: we01.vzwstatic (Or your custom APN if not we01.vzwstatic)

Type: default (It is already there so you can really just leave it alone)

MCC: 311

MNC: 480

APN Protocol: IPv4 (It is already there so you can really just leave it alone)

Authentication Type: PAP or CHAP (its the third bubble so it will be either or)

Bearer: LTE

11) After all this is filled in click the + in the bottom left

12) It will say APN is added successfully.

13) Open Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network > Advanced > Access Point Names

14) Your new APN should be there, click it to select that APN to use

15) Hold Power button and click Restart

After the reboot it will then connect to Verizon and be using the new APN properly.
