Here are some methods to install the factory OEM image. If the recovery partition is still intact and the generation of model has the option in bios we recommend to use the first method:

1. Reset from BIOS:
   1. Enter the bios by pressing F2 repeatedly during boot.
   2. Navigate to the Advanced tab.
   3. There should be a Recovery Partition option. Select it.
   4. The on screen instructions will walk you through the recovery steps.
2. Use the Getac Recovery Media Utility (GRMU):
   1. Can be used create removable boot media for it and other units. Here is a link to it:

      The utility can be run on any device, but within the utility you need to enter the serial number of the unit you want to download its factory image and create removable boot media for.
      1. The recovery partition will not be restored using this method which will cause the reset from bios method not to work.
      2. Please use a flash drive with at least 32 GB capacity; image sizes vary. GRMU may fail if a lower capacity flash drive is used.
