Q: When trying to image with our MDT / SCCM server instead of starting the imaging it gets stuck at the command prompt. Is there a way to get the imaging to begin?

A: This is most likely due to a failed imaging of the unit. You can follow these steps to clean the drive to clear the "Dirty" imaging that had been started.

  1. Type diskpart and press enter
  2. Type select disk 0 and press enter
  3. Type clean and press enter
  4. Manually power unit down
  5. Power unit on and boot to your imaging to attempt imaging again
