Q: After 20H2 update the OSDC has a very large bar and I cannot adjust brightness. How do I correct this?

A: Please follow the below steps:

1. Right Click Windows Flag in bottom left
2. Click Device Manager
3. Open Monitors Section
4. Right Click Monitor Driver
5. Click Uninstall
6. Right Click Any section and click scan for hardware changes
7. It will reinstall the monitor driver
8. Reset the unit
9. Check to see if brightness is adjustable, if not call tech support 866-394-3822
