Q: My display goes completely dim only when Getac Utility is installed. Intel Graphics is already installed as well. How do I correct this?

A: Please follow the below steps to delete Monitor driver:

1. Open Device Manager
2. Click the + on Monitor
3. Right click the Generic PNP Monitor
4. Click Uninstall
5. If it provides a Check box to delete the driver check it
6. Click Ok
7. Right Click any of the categories
8. Click Scan for Hardware Changes
9. It should now install the Generic PNP Monitor driver that is built into Windows
10. Issue should now be corrected
