Q: How do I correct getting only a black screen on the Windows 10 G-Camera application from the Microsoft Store?

 

A: Please follow the below steps to allow access to the camera within G-Camer:

  1. Click the Windows Flag in the bottom Left
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Apps
  4. Click G-camera
  5. Click Advanced/More
  6. Click Reset
  7. Click Open App
  8. Click Yes to give access to the camera
