Q: I just purchased F110G4 units and it is not connecting on the Verizon Network. It just states no service. How do we correct this?
A: Please first check which SIM SKU you have. If you were give DIRECTSIM4G-A please call Verizon to order DIRECTSIM4G-D
If you do have the correct SIM then please call tech support for troubleshooting
