Q: My V110G2 unit is not auto-rotating on Windows 7, how do we correct this? OSDC already has it set to auto rotate.

 

A: Please check for the following three items:

  1. Have the latest Getac Utility Installed 20.2.170309.113 (as of 4/25/17)
  2. Ensure the Sensor is detected in Device Manager:
    1. Device Manager
    2. Sensors
    3. STMicroelectronics Sensor Hub

  3. Check to be sure it’s enabled in Control Panel:
    1. Control Panel
    2. Location and Other Sensors
    3. ST Microelectronics Sensor Hub
    4. Enabled
