Q: How do you turn on CSM Support? It currently is grayed out within BIOS and unchangeable?

 

A: Please follow the below steps:

  1. Turn unit on
  2. Tap the screen to get to the orange selection menu
    a. If tapping the screen does not do this and the Getac Splash screen appeared then press the Windows Flag button below the LCD instead to get to this page
  3. Tap Setup Utility
  4. Tap the Main Tab on the left
  5. Make sure OS Select is set to Windows 10
  6. Tap the security Tab of BIOS on the left
  7. Set a Supervisor Password
  8. Now Secure Boot becomes available
  9. Tap on Secure Boot Configuration
  10. Tap Secure boot and change to Disable

Now CSM is enabled so you can boot from Legacy Devices
