Q: How do I connect my PS236/336 unit to Windows Mobile Device Center so I can transfer files off the unit?

 

A: Please follow these steps:

1. Make sure Computer and Hand Held are both visible in their bluetooth settings
2. From the hand held in the bluetooth settings add new device
3. Choose your computer and click next
4. Put in a passcode such as 0000
5. Click Next
6. Computer will show the device wanting to connect, click that pop up.
7. Put in the passcode that was enter on the handheld
8. Click Finish/Done on the hand held
9. Open Mobile Device Center on the computer
10. Open settings to enable connecting through bluetooth
11. Open Activesync on the hand held
12. Click menu at the bottom right
13. Click connect with bluetooth.
14. Mobile Device center will start connecting
15. Once complete click Connect without setting up device

The connection is now established to transfer files.
