Q: After imaging our unit with Windows 7 Enterprise the bitlocker cannot find the TPM. How do we correct this issue?
A: Please follow the following steps:
- Click the Windows flag
- Right Click Computer and click Manage
- Click Device Manager
- If security section is missing click the + next to System
- You should see Infenion Trusted Platform Module
- Right Click it and click Update Driver
- Click Browse My Computer for Driver Software
- Click Let me Pick From a list available on my computer
- Choose the TPM 1.2 Driver
- Click OK
