Q: How do I check to see if my IMEI number is usable on Verizon’s network?

 

A: Please follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://www.verizon.com/sales/digital/byod/selectMakeAndModel.html?type=tablet
  2. Click the + for Tablet or Other Device and click continue
  3. Put your Zip in if it asks
  4. Click "I don't know my brand and model"
  5. Put in your IMEI within the Device ID box
  6. It will automatically search your IMEI
  7. If it says congragulations it will also say your model on the right side
    a. This means your IMEI should work with Verizon and can be added to your account
  8. If you receive an error like below please contact Getac Tech Support at 866-394-3822 or email at [email protected] and provide your IMEI numbers to be added to Verizon’s portal
