Q: How do I change the 4G Carrier Firmware on my T800 Android?

 

A:

  1. Open up your section with all the apps
  2. Click the Green Android Icon that says UpdateSierraFW
  3. Click the Carrier Drop down
  4. Choose the carrier for your SIM
  5. Click Update Firmware
  6. Unit will reset and install the Sierra Firmware you selected
