Q: How do I image the MX50 with the Image downloaded from the driver page?

 

A: Please follow the below steps:

1. Shutdown Unit
2. Format a USB Stick as FAT32
3. Place all files from image onto USB Stick
4. Unscrew Flat screw and Hex Screw on USB door to remove the door completely
5. Plug in Micro USB to USB adapter that comes with the unit
6. Plug in USB Hub
7. Plug in a USB Keyboard and the USB Stick into the USB Hub
8. Turn on the unit and continue to press the Esc key on the keyboard
   a. You will arrive at a boot screen
9. Press Down arrow to select Boot from File
10. Press Enter to choose that menu item
11. Select your USB and press enter
12. Choose Installer.efi and press enter
13. Unit will now start imaging the unit
