Q: Skylight still says Mobile Broadband device not detected even though quickbar shows its turned on?
A: Open Control panel and see if the Sierra Mobile Broadband driver is installed. If it's not please install the latest driver from our driver page. If the driver is already installed please check device manager that it is enabled:
- Click Start flag button
- Right Click Computer and click manage
- Click Device Manager
- Click Network Adapters
- If Sierra Wireless Adapter shows a down arrow on it then it is disabled.
- Right Click the adapter and click enable
