Q: I cannot connect after clicking Connect. It starts to connect then instantly disconnects?

A: Please check your APN settings. A lot of times this will happen if you have the default carrier APN but you're supposed to be using a static APN so your unit gets a static IP from the carrier. Change the APN to what you need it to be and try again.
