Q: When we scan the PDF417 barcode nothing registers. How can we get the scanner to scan this type?

1. Click the up arrow in the system tray at the bottom right
2. Double Click the Barcode Manager Icon
3. Click the DecoderSettings Tab
4. Scroll down and find PDF417
5. Make sure that it is enabled
6. Now you can test scanning a PDF417 barcode and see if it shows up on the Control Tab in the empty box
7. If everything showed up fine then test it in your software
