Overview

This page allows for configuration of which SMTP email server, addresses, credentials, and port are used by a Station.

Add, Modify, or Delete Mail Server

Click on the Page icon to add a new Mail Server Configuration, or select an existing one from the list, then click on the Wrench icon to modify. A Trashcan icon will also appear to delete an existing configuration once selected.

  • Station - Select the specific Station that the Mail Server will be used for. Selecting Global will apply the configuration to all stations in the station group.
  • Server Name - The name of the mail server connection.
  • User Name - User Account ID used to access the Mail Server.
  • Password - Password used to access the Mail Server.
  • Confirm Password - Retype the Mail Server account password exactly to confirm accuracy.
  • Port - Provide the Mail Server port number for the connection.
  • Outgoing Mail Server - SMTP mail server address.
  • From Email - Default email address emails will come from (be sent by).
  • Is Secure Password - Encrypts password before sending authentication details.
  • Save/Cancel - Commit or Discard your changes by using the Create/Save and Cancel buttons.
