Case Deletion

Once a Case has been resolved, it can be deleted with or without the tagged Assets depending on permissions given to the User.

Warning:
Once a Case has been deleted, Tagged Assets are set back to their original Retention schedule. If the time elapsed has already exceeded that Retention period, it will delete momentarily after. Be sure to extend the retention period prior to deleting the Case if any Tagged Assets are still needed.
