This feature is only supported for customers who self-host their Getac Enterprise instance and NOT for Cloud customers.
Overview
To view BlackBox Recordings that have uploaded to Getac Enterprise perform the following steps:
- From the Detailed Unit Page, click on the Black Box Videos Tab.
- Use the calendar to search for the desired day of recording.
- The list will populate with any Assets that are found.
