Note:
This feature is only supported for customers who self-host their Getac Enterprise instance and NOT for Cloud customers.

Overview

To view BlackBox Recordings that have uploaded to Getac Enterprise perform the following steps:

  1. From the Detailed Unit Page, click on the Black Box Videos Tab.
  2. Use the calendar to search for the desired day of recording.
  3. The list will populate with any Assets that are found.
