However, since Getac Enterprise is highly configurable, the ability to complete tasks described in this article may be different for each User, depending on policy. Please contact an administrator with all access questions and concerns.

This feature only appears for MVS, Edge, Interview Room, and BC-03 LTE systems.
Overview
This feature allows a User to email a link that allows the recipient to access a livestream view of the selected Unit.
To email a live view, perform the following steps:
- Search for the desired Unit(s) from the Main Units Page.
- Check the box to the left of the desired Unit(s).
- Click on the Gear icon, then Email Live View.
- Specify the following parameters:
- Email Address
- Email expiry (hr) - Maximum, 2160 hours.
- Comment
- Click on Send.
Caution:
The recipient must be a User of the same Station on Getac Enterprise and have permission to view live video. Unauthorized Users will NOT be able to view a livestream.
