Overview
Exceptions represent any records reported by the InCar application to Getac Enterprise. This is primarily used by support and development teams to aid in troubleshooting and is not necessarily indicative of a problem.
To view Exceptions by Unit, perform the following steps:
- Search for the desired Unit from the Main Units Page.
- Check the box to the left of the desired Unit.
- Click on the Gear icon, then Exceptions.
- Use the funnels to sort the list.
- Export a copy to .CSV if desired and open in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software.
Note:
This log is much easier to read in Excel. Be sure to click on Export all Pages before clicking on the Excel icon.

Note:
This can also be accomplished from the Detailed Unit Page > Exceptions Tab.
