Overview
This feature allows authorized Users to extend the time period originally given to an Asset or Asset Group. The Purge feature allows for reverting to the original retention period.

Warning:
The Purge feature, detailed in the video, sets Assets back to their original Retention Period. If the present time is past the original time period, the Assets will delete momentarily after resulting in data loss. Be certain to check the timestamp of the video AND the Retention time on any applied categories BEFORE using the Purge feature to avoid this situation. When in doubt, contact [email protected]
