Overview

One or more Assets or Asset Groups can be shared via email from this tab. 

To do so, perform the following actions:

1. Click on the Email Tab
   1. To share the entire Asset Group, check the box that says Include Group Assets.
   2. To share an individual Asset, uncheck the box that says Include Group Assets. The Asset currently being viewed will be sent alone.
2. Click on the gear icon.
3. Add an Email address and select any other desired parameters for the recipient, such as:
   1. Downloadable - Provides a means of downloading a copy of the Asset.
   2. Viewable Once - Causes the emailed link to expire after viewing one time
   3. Email Link Expiration - Specify from 1 hour up to an indefinite time period for the link to expire.
   4. Comments - A personalized message sent to the recipient in the body of the email.
   5. Reason for sharing - A required field for specifying why an Assetis being shared.
4. Add a Reason for Sharing.
5. Click on the Send button.
