How to search for Assets

Multiple methods are available to make searching for Assets easier. 

These include:

• Date/time group - This type of search can be set to a specific time period
• Field-specific filtering - Each Asset has unique fields that can be searched for with exact or partial phrases. Custom Field and Forms can be used if configured.
• Wildcard filtering - Utilizing a mixture of multiple fields and/or time period.
