Overview
The User Profile page allows Users to update information unique to their profile. This menu is located in the top right of the screen, regardless of which page is visible.
Click on User Profile to navigate to the User Profile page.

Options
Once loaded, multiple options are available for reviewing and/or updating a User's profile.

- Login ID - ID used for logging into Getac Enterprise.
- First Name
- Middle Initial
- Last Name
- Mobile Number
- User Group - Group that the User belongs to.
- Pin - Set a pin to use to log into Mobile Video Solutions.
- Change Password
- Password
- Confirm Password
Change User Password
Users who log in via Getac Authentication can change their passwords by performing the following steps:
- Follow the steps presented above for accessing the User Profile page.
- Locate the Change Password section of the User Profile page.
- Type the new Password and then confirm.
- Click on the Save button to finalize.
Users who log in with third-party authentication cannot update their passwords from this page. For assistance, contact your agency's IT administrator.
