Overview

Each Tenant of Getac Enterprise has a unique URL for accessing the login page. This URL is provided to customers during setup and is available via an administrator, Getac Solutions Architect, or Support. The User's profile and group control the level of access upon login. The account administrators define this based on their needs.

Third-party authentication

Getac Enterprise supports additional single-sign-on integrations such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) or OpenID Connect integrations. To log in using this method, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the URL provided for Getac Enterprise.
     

  2. Click on the Log In button.

     

  3. Utilize the credentials provided by your IT administrator to finish logging in.

     

Warning:

Getac support CANNOT assist with forgotten passwords or accounts locked out of AD. Contact your IT administrator for assistance.
